The provision of services by PUELS.LEGAL is governed by the “General Terms for Engagement and Fee Agreements” (Allgemeine Bedingungen für Mandats- und Vergütungsvereinbarungen) of PUELS.LEGAL Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH. Pursuant to § 49b (5) of the Federal Lawyers' Act (BRAO), there is a duty to advise on the calculation of attorney's fees based on the value in dispute where value-based fees apply. Under this provision, the attorney is obliged, before accepting an engagement, to inform the client if the fees are based on the value in dispute. Unless we conclude a fee agreement with you, billing is based on the value in dispute.
To determine the scope of services and the remuneration, we additionally conclude engagement and fee agreements with our clients, which are negotiated individually with our clients.
