Reinvestment reserve § 6b EStG

Spread capital gains from real estate or fixed assets across 4 years. Reinvestment in new assets makes the gain fully tax-neutral.

What clients want to know before engaging us.

What does ongoing tax advisory cost?
We bill according to the German Tax Advisor Fee Regulations (StBVV) or via a fee agreement with clear fixed prices per module (bookkeeping, payroll, annual accounts). The 30-minute first call is always free of charge.
What software do you use?
We use DATEV as standard, but happily integrate your existing tools (Lexoffice, sevDesk, Candis, GetMyInvoices). Receipts via app, OCR capture and automated booking are standard.
How does switching from my previous tax advisor work?
We retrieve all documents directly via DATEV (booking data, tax files, chart of accounts). You sign a power of attorney once – we handle the rest. Transition typically within 2 weeks.
How fast is the annual financial statement ready?
With complete documents we deliver the annual statement within 6–8 weeks of fiscal year-end. For time-critical matters (bank meeting, investment negotiation) significantly faster.
What do I need to deliver monthly?
Photograph receipts via app or send by email – that's it. Wage data and bank statements are pulled automatically via DATEV interfaces. Once a year we discuss strategy for the following year.
Am I tied to a specific location?
No – our clients come from all over Germany. We offer in-person meetings in Bayreuth and Nuremberg, all routine matters run digitally. Strategy meetings are available as video call.
